Rufa Mae Quinto confirmed that the photo of Gretchen Barretto and John Estrada kissing was taken in her home at her birthday party last May 27, 2007. This was revealed by the sexy comedienne during a live interview in Showbiz Central yesterday, June 10.
"Na-shock ako. Hindi ko alam ko kung sino... basta pag-uwi ko na lang ang dami nang kandila at kumpleto ang barkada. Overwhelming talaga at sobrang umiyak ako dahil I can't believe it na nag-effort silang lahat," she narrated about the surprise birthday party organized by her boyfriend, singer Erik Santos.
Did she also feel overwhelmed when she saw the intimate photos of Gretchen and John on the Internet knowing that the picture-taking took place at her residence?
"Na-shock din," Rufa Mae said. "It's a private party, supposedly, so parang nakaka-shock dahil may lumabas. Kung meron mang maglalabas ng pictures, sana ako, di ba, dahil bahay ko ‘yon?" PEP
